All India Photographic Trade & Industry Association (AIPTIA) invites you to participate in its 12th Photofair during January 2006 and promote your brand worldwide. The exhibition aims at bringing together the entire photographic community on one platform, in order to increase its awareness on the digital revolution on photographic products. The event will zoom in on the new digital world of possibilities. Most big players in the digital arena will be proudly highlighting their inventions here.

Founded in the year 1973, the photographic dealers Association (PDA), All India Photographic Trade & Industry Association (AIPTIA) is a knowledge-hub around which the entire activities of photographic trade and industry revolve. The association has so far conducted 11 Photofairs. It is a non-profit making association. Needless to mention that the photofair has always been the most talked about exhibition throughout the length and breadth of the country. Photofair 2004, Mumbai was ranked the best in Asia and the 3rd best in the world.

On display, there will be World-renowned brands with an assortment of state-of-art technology, focusing Photographic products, Photo Imaging Products & Services, Video Products & Services, Broadcast services.

Added feature in this year Photofair, is to target amateurs, as well as upcoming professionals by way of Fashion Show, Workshop & Seminar, Photo Gallery and Photo Contest

Fashion Show: Best recreational entertainment! Fashion Show will feast your eyes especially after long stretch of walk through stalls. Most prominent Models of the country will parade over the ramp, providing opportunities for photographers, amateur and all photo enthusiasts.

Workshop & Seminar: Prominent personalities from the respective field will conduct workshop on Digital Imaging, future opportunities and trends in Digital Imaging. The focus of Seminar will be on government legislation on Service Tax, Works Contract Tax and other related matters.

Photo Gallery: A visual panorama of country's award winning photographs, photographs by Press photographers, the reality exposures and student work from various colleges. Also on view will be breath taking real moments, life-style, colour of fashion, and vastness of aerial photography and blow-ups of country monuments.

Photo Contest: To bring most talented photo enthusiasts to the fore, there cannot be a better platform than the Photo contest at Photofair. The association will reward most talented and creative photographers.
