Search for Products : Members simply type in the Item and the system will quickly respond with a list of co-members who are carrying that specific item.

Multisearch : Multisearch feature allows the member to search for up to 5 items at one time.

Postings : Members can post their Requirements, In-house Orders, Stock Offers or OEM excess at any time and as many times as necessary.

Automatic E-mail : New postings will be automatically e-mailed to all members who request this service.

Include/Exclude Exclusivity : Members can create a list detailing which companies’ member’s will and/or will not deal with. Participants will not have to worry about price-fixing or give away competitive intelligence.

Efficient : Once an item is found, members will receive a list of companies that carry the required product, in varying quantities. The member then has the option to select some or all of the companies to receive the RFQ.

Settings : An interested buyer can create and complete an RFQ application online, including managing the settings of an RFQ such as Terms and Notes. Once completed, an RFQ message is simultaneously sent via the internet to the selected companies.

Immediate Follow-up : Immediate follow-up of an RFQ is necessary for Manufacturers and Distributors to stay competitive.

Members Services : To ensure members’ inventory is always up-to-date; members themselves can update, add or delete their inventory file directly on the DBMC.
